Dubai: Dubai Municipality has unveiled "Saeed", an AI-powered virtual spokesperson designed to transform government communication through artificial intelligence and digital engagement.

The new initiative aims to provide residents, visitors, businesses, and government stakeholders with easier access to official information, municipal services, public announcements, and awareness campaigns through interactive digital platforms.

Powered by generative artificial intelligence, Saeed has been developed to act as Dubai Municipality's official digital representative, capable of communicating with users in Arabic, English, Urdu, and Chinese.

AI-Powered Communication Platform

According to Dubai Municipality, Saeed is more than a virtual avatar. The platform has been designed as an integrated communication system capable of delivering accurate and up-to-date information sourced directly from official Municipality databases.

The AI spokesperson will communicate government services, project updates, public initiatives, awareness campaigns, and major announcements through social media platforms, awareness videos, and the Municipality's official website.

Saeed has been designed with Emirati facial features and traditional national attire, reflecting the cultural identity of the UAE while maintaining a professional and approachable image.
